Sending your PCM/ECM to Nelson Performance? Download and complete the form below, then include it in the box with your module. This helps us match your hardware to your order and build the correct calibration the first time.
Most mail-in tunes are turned around within 1–2 business days after arrival.
How to Send Your Module
- Download and print the mail-in PCM form.
- Fill it out completely with your contact information, return address, vehicle/VIN, modifications, octane, and notes.
- Pack your module securely and place the completed form inside the box.
- Write your Order # on the outside of the box.
- Ship with tracking and insurance to the address below.
